1. Overview

Kegelix is a subscription-based digital wellness application (“Service”) that provides personalized training programs and related content. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and renew automatically based on your selected plan (monthly or annual).

By subscribing, you agree to this Refund Policy, which applies alongside our Terms of Service and Unsubscription Policy.

2. General Refund Conditions

Since Kegelix delivers digital content that becomes accessible immediately upon payment, refunds are generally not offered except in the following cases:

  • Technical Failure: Verified platform errors that prevent you from using the Service.
  • Duplicate Charges: Multiple payments made for the same billing period in error.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Proven fraudulent use of your payment method.

Non-refundable cases:

  • Change of mind after accessing content
  • Partial use of the subscription period
  • Failure to cancel auto-renewal before the billing date

Note: This policy does not affect any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., the EU 14-day cooling-off period).

3. Cancellation & Refund Requests

3.1. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing support@kegelix.com
  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period

3.2. Refund Request Window

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days from the date of the original transaction. Requests made after this period will be considered only if required by applicable law.

3.3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@kegelix.com with:

  • Your full name and account email
  • Transaction ID (from your payment receipt)
  • Reason for the request and any relevant evidence (e.g., error screenshots)

We aim to respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 days.

4. Free Trials & Promotions

  • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Refunds are not issued for trials converted to paid plans, except where required by law or in the case of technical errors.

5. Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact support@kegelix.com before initiating a chargeback, so we can resolve the issue directly and avoid unnecessary delays.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Arizona, USA, unless local law requires otherwise.
