1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kegelix (“Service”), a digital subscription application operated by TATTOOINK LEGACY LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Kegelix website, mobile application, and any related services.

2. Service Description

Kegelix provides a digital wellness platform that may include:

• Personalized training programs
• Subscription-based content (monthly/annual plans)
• Free trial periods (where applicable)
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Educational and informational resources

Kegelix is intended for personal wellness and educational purposes only. It is not a medical service and does not replace advice from qualified healthcare professionals.

3. Account Registration

3.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information to create an account.

3.2. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kegelix.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled in accordance with Section 4.3. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until cancellation.

4.2. Free Trials

If you start a free trial, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. We will provide a reminder before billing begins.

4.3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or by contacting support@kegelix.com.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Partial periods are not refunded unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

4.4. Refund Policy

We comply with all applicable refund rights under consumer law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period). Refunds may also be provided in cases of technical failure or double billing. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or modify the Service
• Copy, resell, or redistribute Service content
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Share accounts or bypass payment systems
• Upload malicious content or interfere with operations
• Misrepresent your identity

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software remain the property of TATTOOINK LEGACY LLC. Subscriptions grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Kegelix does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any wellness or exercise program.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for results that vary from user to user.

Maximum liability will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the last 6 months.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

If you have a billing dispute, please contact billing@kegelix.com before initiating a chargeback.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, AZ, unless local law requires otherwise.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
