1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
                            You can cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:
                            
                        
                        a. Self-Service (Recommended)
- Log in to the Kegelix app or web dashboard
 - Go to Account Settings → Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription
 - Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
 
b. Email Request
- Send an email to support@kegelix.com with the subject: "Subscription Cancellation"
 - Include:
                                    
- Your registered account email
 - Your username (if applicable)
 
 
                                 
                                For your security, we do not request full payment card details. We may verify the last 4 digits of your card only if necessary to confirm your account.
                            
                        2. What Happens After Cancellation
- Free Trials: If canceled during a trial period, access ends at the trial expiration date. No charges will be made if canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
 - Paid Subscriptions: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
                                    Example: Cancel on June 15 → Access continues until July 1 if you are on a monthly plan.
 - No Prorated Refunds: Unused days are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law (see our Refund Policy).
 - Once cancellation is confirmed, all future auto-renewals will be stopped immediately.
 
3. Free Trial Conversions
- Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless canceled in advance.
 - To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expiration date.
 
4. Data Retention After Cancellation
- Your account data is stored for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate your subscription.
 - After 90 days, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 
5. Reactivating Your Subscription
- You can re-subscribe at any time via your account dashboard.
 - Your new billing cycle begins immediately upon payment.
 
6. If You Have Trouble Cancelling
If you experience any issues canceling via the self-service option:
- Email support@kegelix.com with the subject: "URGENT: Cancellation Assistance"
 - Include a brief description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot of the error message
 
We will:
- Process your cancellation manually within 1 business day
 - Send written confirmation once completed
 - Ensure that no further auto-renewal charges occur.
